Custom Products FAQ's

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I CUSTOMISE?

Bobble Hats, Towels, Umbrellas, Underwear, Swimmers, Flex-fit Caps, Polo Shirts and most Sport Kits! You can make some of these online using our Kit Builder above! Alternatively, email bespoke@myoddballs.com with your team name, colours and badge and we’ll create some designs for you.

ARE THERE MINIMUM ORDERS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS?

Simple answer is yes – every product has different minimum orders though. For example, we have minimums starting at 50 for Bespoke Bobble Hats, 12 for embroidered stocked Bobble Hats, 30 for towels, 10 for Swimmers and 36 for Umbrellas! Please email bespoke@myoddballs.com for clearer explanations and help getting your team bespoke products. We’re super friendly, helpful and would welcome a conversation explaining the options.

DO PRICES GET CHEAPER THE MORE PRODUCTS I ORDER?

Yes. We have varying prices for all of our products. The more you order, the cheaper they will be. For example, 50 Bespoke Bobble Hats cost £12 each whereas 100 hats cost £9.60 each. Just like 10 Swimmers cost £25 each whereas 30 pairs cost £20 each. Get it? We’re sure you do. But one more for good measure; Customised Towels cost £15 if you buy 30 but £12 each if you buy 50! Economies of scale baby!

HOW LONG WILL IT BE UNTIL MY CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE MADE?

We work very quickly to turn your custom products around. Just like above, all of our products are different and take different times to make. In short, Swimmers, Towels, Caps, Polos all take roughly 3-4 weeks and Umbrellas and Bobble Hats take 4-5 weeks!

HOW DO I CREATE CUSTOM PRODUCTS?

We have Kit Builders above that enable you to create bespoke Bobble Hats, embroidered Bobble Hats, Swimmers, Towels and Polo Shirts. We’ll soon have Kit Builders for Caps and Umbrellas too! Alternatively, email bespoke@myoddballs.com and we’ll do it for you. Just email team name, colours and your badge and we’ll send you some designs back to show your team.

DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN’S CUSTOM PRODUCTS?

Yes. We have Kids Bobble Hats! They are suitable for kids aged 5-10 and cost slightly less than the adult bobbles. They can only be ordered as bespoke hats and the minimum order is also 50 hats. So, for example, you could order 50 kids bespoke hats and 50 adult bespoke hats for your team. We have small adult sizes in other products but not necessarily for kids.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “BESPOKE” BOBBLE HATS AND “EMBROIDERED” BOBBLE HATS?

The age old question! “Bespoke” Bobble Hats are fully unique to your team and made from scratch for you. Consisting of your team name, specific colours, and badge as a woven label. The bespoke hat is likely what you’ll have seen most teams wear. The minimum on these are 50. In our opinion, our bespoke Bobble Hats are your best option.

“Embroidered” hats are our stocked bobbles we have at Oddballs HQ that we embroider only your badge onto the middle of the turn up. Your colour choices are limited to what we have online. Go and look if we have a hat that suits your team! Please note, you do not get your team name on custom hats – just your team badge. Minimum orders start from just 12 bobbles!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order HOWEVER, if you request to cancel once your order has been placed we would still have to charge you 40% of the total cost as it would already be in production!
