Management Accountant

About the job:

The business is seeking a Management Accountant to help contribute to the strategic development of the Finance function and the ongoing success of Oddballs and Core37.

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, consumer focussed business, and with successful delivery, can offer considerable progression and reward.

Key Responsibilities:

Completion of monthly management accounts.
Input into board packs, eventually having ownership over completion.
Reconciliation of circa. £3m of stock on a monthly basis.
Develop and report on group wide KPI’s.
Input into and report outputs from the business financial model.
Establish group wide commercial analysis to deliver insights not previously known.
Assistance with the annual audit.

Qualifications:

Professional accounting qualification or part qualified.
Knowledge of Power BI would be desirable.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate we are seeking:

Ideally experienced in an e-com environment.
Will work closely with the Financial Accountant and CFO to improve the output of the Finance department.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
