Hey, it’s way above customer services’ pay grade. This is a fundamental shift in the buying and manufacturing process whereby you forget that Vietnamese are not built the same as Western consumers. You need to improve margin to maintain profits and that can be achieved by either increasing prices or cutting material from product (I’ll ignore efficiencies in operations etc.)…you, like many, many others have chosen to use cheaper fabrics and making sizes much keener and in this instance I bought from Gant, same size range, and got a much better fit (bought in the sale at comparative price)… hence my decision to never buy your products again, Bye

I did. However they were incorrect. Some were too small, one pair was so small they could get above my legs!!! Plus I had to pay for the privilege of sending them back.
