We can assure you, if you have received a shipping confirmation email (check your junk or spam folders) your order is with the courier.

Please check your junk or spam folders for your shipping confirmation email if you have not received it. 3) INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED: If you have received your order and there is a problem with it, please complete the contact form below and select ‘Incorrect product received'. 4) RETURNS: You can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unused, in their original OddBalls packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Items returned outside of these conditions may be sent back to you and will not be refunded. We do not offer exchanges, so all approved returns are refunded only. Original delivery charges from your order are non-refundable.
