Yes perfect , the scar is very large so I needed soft underwear that has no elastic around the leg

The reason for my 3 stars is purely because they were described as full briefs and to me a full brief comes up higher on your stomach. These pants although they are comfortable are more like hipster pants. They were bought to wear when running and wanted something that came up higher.
