How do I pause or skip a subscription order?

Go to Manage Subscriptions in your account. Select the subscription you’d like to pause. Choose Skip Next Order or Pause Subscription. Confirm your choice. This lets you take a break without cancelling your subscription completely.

How do I cancel my underwear subscription?

Log in to your account and select Manage Subscriptions. Choose the subscription you want to cancel. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the steps to confirm. You’ll continue to receive any orders already paid for, but no new charges will be made.

Log in and go to Manage Subscriptions. Select Swap this for a different product. Use the search bar or browse the list of available subscriptions. Yes. To set up multiple subscriptions (for yourself or someone else): Go to Subscriptions in your account. Select Add New Subscription. Choose the product, size, and frequency. How do I change the size on my subscription?

Go to Manage Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to edit. Click Edit Product Details. Update your size (e.g. change from M to L) and save. The new size will take effect from your next delivery.

How do I change how often I receive underwear?

Log in to your account. Open Manage Subscriptions. Select your subscription and go to Delivery Frequency. Choose monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly deliveries. This way you can match your subscription to how often you want fresh pairs.

How do I gift a subscription to someone else?

Choose a Gift Subscription product from the website. Select the length (3, 6, or 12 months) and add the recipient’s size and style preferences. Enter their delivery address at checkout. They’ll start receiving underwear with no account setup needed on their side.
