I ordered underwear in size M for my boyfriend, but the sizing is completely off. The item was massive, nowhere near a medium, and impossible for him to use. When I contacted customer service, they refused a refund because it’s underwear, even though the issue is clearly incorrect sizing, not a change of mind. I understand hygiene policies, but customers should not be penalized when the product does not match standard sizing. Very disappointing experience and I would not order again.
