I am sorry to hear this is unsuitable for you. We do advise all customers to size up in our bralettes - this is on our website.
We do accept bralettes back in opened packaging :)

Why don't you change the sizing chart? And the guidance?
I understand upsizing to mean upsize if you're on the border, which I'm not. I also understand underwear cannot be returned to include bralettes.
