You can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unused, in their original OddBalls packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Items returned outside of these conditions may be sent back to you and will not be refunded. We do not offer exchanges, so all approved returns are refunded only. Original delivery charges from your order are non-refundable.

Yes, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any postage fees paid on your original order will not be refunded.
Yes, individual items from a bundle can be returned. If you do this, your refund will be calculated based on the value of each item within the bundle at the time you placed your order, rather than the individual product price listed on the website.
If your order included a free gift and, after your return is processed, the remaining order value falls below the free gift threshold, the free gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the item will be deducted from your refund.
No, we’re unable to accept hand-delivered returns. Our office and warehouse locations are not open or accessible to the general public.
Unfortunately, underwear items that were supplied in paper packaging cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. This applies to all underwear types, not including bralettes, and is due to hygiene reasons.
We do not offer exchanges. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, refunds are processed within 14 working days. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.

You’ll be charged for your first subscription when you sign up. After that, billing takes place on the 1st of each month, with retry attempts on the 2nd and 3rd. If payment still fails by the 7th, the subscription will be cancelled.

Absolutely! If you want both underwear and socks, you can set up separate subscriptions for each. Just note that additional subscriptions will start from the following month.
