Black Friday Sale Event

During our Black Friday sale events, everything across the OddBalls site has 20-50% off!

The only products exempt from this are Gift Cards, Custom Products and our famous Subscription Service - which is already a brilliant deal!

The sale will go live on Thursday 18th November, with early access on Wednesday 17th November. Colour Week kicks off the sale event and will continue through to Cyber Monday. Make sure you’re checking back for new product launches, exclusive offers and more!

Will items be restocked during the Black Friday Sale Event?

Like many businesses, we’re suffering from supply chain issues, so can’t guarantee any more restocks this year. If there’s something you want, make sure you grab it!

We have some underwear deliveries that are due to arrive before Christmas but we can’t guarantee anything! If a product is out of stock in your size, you can sign up to Back in Stock notifications on the product itself, and you will be notified by email as soon as it’s back. (But this might not be until after Christmas).

Where’s the Christmas underwear?

It’s on it’s way! We’ll make sure to release it as soon as it arrives at OddBalls HQ. Don’t wait though, order everything else you want and we will let you know when the Christmas underwear arrives! You can sign up to be notified here.

Payment Methods

There are plenty of ways to pay on the OddBalls site, including Buy Now, Pay Later services if you haven’t been paid yet.

Payment methods include: Payment methods We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and Paypal. We currently accept Visa Credit/Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, and Switch.

Buy Now, Pay Later with Laybuy, Klarna and Clearpay.

Free Gift

If you spend over £35.00 on one order, we will add FREE PRODUCT to your order if you select one in the checkout. Select the product you want in the checkout when you have over £35 in your cart (there are plenty to choose from!) We cannot send the item out to you if you do not select one.

Changing your Order

We will do our best to make any changes to orders however this is not always possible so please thoroughly check your order before placing it! We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of being placed so it might be too late to make any changes when we are busy.

Shipping

UK ORDERS - Your order is normally shipped via your local Royal Mail postal service or you can choose to pay for tracked delivery via DPD.

UK Shipping is free on orders over £30 for Royal Mail.

International shipping is also available. Please enter your email address to see available rates through DHL and your local mail provider.

Discounts

Discount codes are disabled during all of our sale events, our best offers and deals are already applied to all products. If you have a gift card or points they can still be used and redeemed.
