Your withdrawal rights
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once confirmed we will process your withdrawal and issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging at your own cost.

Please read our return conditions carefully before continuing. We cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
Opened underwear cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of boxers, briefs, thongs or seamless underwear if the original paper packaging has been opened. This applies regardless of whether items have been worn. If your packaging is opened, your item is not eligible for return.
Return within 30 days of delivery
All items must be returned within 30 days of your delivery date.
Unused & in original OddBalls packaging
Items must be unused and in their original OddBalls-branded packaging in a re-saleable condition. Items returned in damaged or non-OddBalls packaging will be sent back to you.
Return postage is your responsibility
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service โ refunds may not be possible without proof of receipt.
Bundles & free gifts
Individual items from bundles are refunded at their bundle value, not the individual website price. If your order included a free gift and your refund brings the total below the qualifying threshold, the free gift must also be returned or its value will be deducted.
Refunds within 14 working days
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of us receiving your return. We'll email you once it's been completed. Under EU law, your original shipping cost is also refunded as part of your withdrawal right.
