The bamboo trunks are so comfortable and have a panel inside your thigh area and around your balls and it makes this area more breathable and also helps to combat any sort of chafing you may experience in that area. Love the designs available and prices for such a well made product are fantastic. My girlfriend wears the female versions of underwear available and she raves about those too. Highly recommended
