Sadly, after 1 wear the top of the socks started showing signs of wear and tear. Practical things like making sure my toenails were cut and that my trainers were clean were in place. This didn't stop the signs of wear and tear after 1 wash. I also bought the socks so they were a size up but that didn't make a difference.
