Definitely when wearing these all day, I kept dryer (from sweat) than if I wore my boring pants. I love the coverage and even wore them with a t shirt to bed whislt on a hospital ward. Just looked like a groovy pair of cycling shorts, just with better designs and cooling, less sweaty comfort.

I wear these for running under baggy running shorts and they are long enough to peak out below them so look like 2 in 1 shorts. I’m a 10-12 and wear a 12 and I wouldn’t want them any tighter on the waist. I have 3 different patterns now, they are ideal for what I want (mainly 5K runs). I don’t think I could wear them all day as I can feel the seam across the back and for me it doesn’t sit quite right but there’s no rubbing. I do love the different designs, I expect to be back for more in the future!
