Son loves his crazy pants Wish we could choose either trainer socks or longer socks as we find the trainer socks have a better fit as longer ones are far to long in the leg for our 6yr old son

Our son loves his monthly pair of pants and socks popping through the letterbox (he doesn’t wait each month to change them may I add!) Comfiest pants in the world he tells me and super soft socks

Fantastic

Aidan, 20 March

The products themselves are very good, the subscription is terrible as it never actually gets sent and you have to constantly chase.

These are great, very comfy with jazzy colours. I love the fact that you never know which pattern you are getting. Any issues, should you have any, are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The service and products are great and I honestly cannot fault them.

Subscription FAQs

What is an underwear subscription and how does it work?

An underwear subscription lets you receive new underwear automatically every month or for different periods. You choose your size, style, and frequency, and fresh pairs are delivered to your door. This is perfect if you want to refresh your underwear drawer without needing to shop each time.

How much does an underwear subscription cost per month?

Most underwear subscriptions start from as little as £8–£15 per month, depending on fabric (cotton, bamboo, seamless) and whether you choose single pairs or multi-packs.

Can I choose the design or colour in an underwear subscription?

Yes, our underwear subscriptions let you pick between plain or patterned with a new print each month so your drawer stays fresh and fun.

Are bamboo underwear subscriptions worth it?

Bamboo underwear subscriptions are popular because bamboo fabric is naturally breathable, antibacterial, and moisture-wicking. Subscribing ensures you always have eco-friendly, soft underwear without needing to re-order manually.

What sizes are available in underwear subscription services?

Most services cover a full size range, typically from XXS to 3XL for men, and size 6-20 for women. Check the size guide before subscribing to make sure you pick the right fit.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my underwear subscription anytime?

Yes. Flexible underwear subscriptions let you pause deliveries, skip a month, or cancel without penalties. This makes it easy to manage if you’re going on holiday or already stocked up.

Do underwear subscriptions make good gifts?

Absolutely. Many brands offer gift subscriptions where you can prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months. It’s a practical but fun present that keeps giving all year.

How sustainable are underwear subscription services?

Some subscriptions use eco-friendly fabrics like organic cotton or bamboo, and ship in recyclable packaging. Subscribing also reduces waste by ensuring underwear is worn and refreshed regularly, rather than sitting unused.

Why should I subscribe instead of buying underwear individually?

Subscribing saves time, guarantees you never run out of fresh pairs, and often comes with cost savings compared to buying one-off. It also gives you early access to new styles and limited designs, and ensures you get free UK delivery on every order, every time.

How do I change my delivery address for my subscription?

Log in to your account. Go to My Subscriptions. Click Address and Payment Details. Select Manage Address. Add a new address or edit your current one. All future subscription orders will be shipped to your updated address.

How do I update my payment details?

Log in to your account. Navigate to My Subscriptions. Under Address and Payment Details, click Manage Payment. Add or edit your card or PayPal information. Your next renewal will be billed to the updated payment method.

How do I pause or skip a subscription order?

Go to Manage Subscriptions in your account. Select the subscription you’d like to pause. Choose Skip Next Order or Pause Subscription. Confirm your choice. This lets you take a break without cancelling your subscription completely.

How do I cancel my underwear subscription?

Log in to your account and select Manage Subscriptions. Choose the subscription you want to cancel. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the steps to confirm. You’ll continue to receive any orders already paid for, but no new charges will be made.

How do I swap to a different product or style?

Log in and go to Manage Subscriptions. Select Swap this for a different product. Use the search bar or browse the list of available subscriptions. Pick your new style (e.g. cotton boxers, bamboo briefs, seamless Brazilian) and confirm. Your subscription will automatically update for the next order.

Can I add more than one subscription to my account?

Yes. To set up multiple subscriptions (for yourself or someone else): Go to Subscriptions in your account. Select Add New Subscription. Choose the product, size, and frequency. Repeat if you’d like separate subscriptions (e.g. plain underwear, patterned underwear, or different sizes). All subscriptions can be managed together in one account.

How do I change the size on my subscription?

Go to Manage Subscriptions. Select the subscription you want to edit. Click Edit Product Details. Update your size (e.g. change from M to L) and save. The new size will take effect from your next delivery.

How do I change how often I receive underwear?

Log in to your account. Open Manage Subscriptions. Select your subscription and go to Delivery Frequency. Choose monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly deliveries. This way you can match your subscription to how often you want fresh pairs.

How do I gift a subscription to someone else?

Choose a Gift Subscription product from the website. Select the length (3, 6, or 12 months) and add the recipient’s size and style preferences. Enter their delivery address at checkout. They’ll start receiving underwear with no account setup needed on their side.
